English Engineering Education Program (e3)

Hokkaido University’s English Engineering Education Program (e3) was founded in 2000, aiming to expand the English-speaking environment and foster an international spirit within the Graduate School of Engineering. The program provides courses in English across nearly all engineering fields for both international and Japanese students, facilitating access to a high-quality global education, supporting student initiatives, and promoting cultural exchange. e3 also offers several scholarships for talented students.

Japanese Government Scholarships (MEXT)
